CUSTOMER CARE
Prices listed are per bottle or unit, but must be sold by case lots of (6 or 12 bottles
depending on the producer). All prices are in Canadian dollars. Recent
Government Legislation now allows us to now sell mixed cases; however, the
minimum purchase quantity is still 6 or 12 bottles.
Due to currency fluctuations, transport costs and LCBO policy changes, prices are
subject to change without notice.
Mondo Wines prices include export price, freight, customs charges, duties, excise,
LCBO markup of 64%, LCBO wine levy, LCBO environmental fee and agency fee.
Gallonage fee where applicable. Prices do not include HST and bottle deposit.
Mondo Wines is not permitted to sell beverage alcohol. We are Agents of the
LCBO and our License to represent a manufacturer is approved by the AGCO
which allows us to facilitate your purchase directly from the LCBO on your behalf.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
We take your privacy seriously. We will only use the Personal
Information provided to be electronically forwarded to the LCBO for the sole
purpose to purchase alcohol as per our end user agreement with the LCBO. We
may from time to time use your contact information (email address) to inform you
of promotions we are offering and or events that we are hosting such as tastings
and or new product launches.
